We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telemarketing Executive (Female)

to promote and sell our loan products to potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal, business, and other loan products Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic queries Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets Build and maintain positive client relationships Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile

Female candidates preferred Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / banking / financial services is an advantage Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Positive attitude and confident personality Basic computer knowledge Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
