Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal, business, and other loan products
Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly
Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic queries
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Female candidates preferred
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / banking / financial services is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
