Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic

Telemarketing Executive

to join our growing team. As a key part of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and explain products or services clearly and persuasively. Generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes. Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
