Job Roles:

Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, databases, or inbound inquiries.

Customer Outreach:

Make outbound calls to promote products or services and generate interest.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by setting appointments or transferring qualified leads.

Market Research:

Gather customer feedback and market insights during calls.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate telephone calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. Answer customer queries effectively, resolve objections, and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls to increase conversion rates. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign strategies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
