Key Responsibilities:
Initiate telephone calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Answer customer queries effectively, resolve objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls to increase conversion rates.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign strategies.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
