Dhatri Play is looking for a confident and energetic

Telemarketing Executive

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products, follow up on leads, and help schedule meetings for the sales and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to schools, builders, housing societies, resorts, and municipal offices. Introduce Dhatri Play's products and explain their features and benefits. Identify and qualify potential customers and set appointments for the sales/field team. Share company brochures, catalogs, and pricing information through WhatsApp or email. Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and track interest. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM. Assist in lead generation campaigns and support overall marketing activities.

Requirements:



Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service. Good spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language. Polite, professional phone etiquette and strong persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools, etc.). Self-motivated and target-oriented.
