Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain products or services clearly and confidently
Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
Follow up with interested customers in a timely manner
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar role (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in [English / Tamil ]
