Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential International customers with provided Client Data to introduce and promote our products/services.

2. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels.

3. Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively pitch tailored solutions.

4. Provide accurate product/service information and address customer queries.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software.

6. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

7. Stay updated on product/service knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

Experience: Freshers or at least 1 years of experience in Customer support, telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.

Sales Skills: Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and promote product/services effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Ability to learn quickly about IT products/services.

Attitude: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Work Timings and other details:

Monday to Friday every week (Weekend Off)

Timings: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 6:00 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST (aligned with Canadian business hours)

Location: Anna Nagar, Kilpauk, Chennai.
