Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Call Handling
Attend incoming customer calls related to:
New gas connections
Gas refill bookings
Service requests and complaints
Safety-related queries
Register complaints accurately and ensure proper follow-up.
Provide clear information on procedures, timelines, and charges.
Escalate unresolved issues as per SOP.
Outbound / Sales Calls
Make outbound calls to:
Promote new gas connections and services
Follow up on enquiries and pending leads
Inform customers about offers, safety checks, and AMC plans
Convert enquiries into confirmed sales or service bookings.
Customer Support & Documentation
Maintain call records, customer details, and complaint status.
Update call outcomes in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
Follow standard scripts and service guidelines.
Ensure polite, professional, and compliant communication at all times.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Minimum
12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Good communication skills in
English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (calling apps, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets)
Ability to work independently from home
Prior experience in
tele calling / customer support / sales
preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
