Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Telecaller

to handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and promote our products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to convert calls into successful sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound calls and provide information or support as required. Maintain call records, leads, and customer details in the database. Follow up on leads through calls, messages, or emails. Schedule appointments or site visits for interested customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead management. Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate (any stream). Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply). Language Skills: Fluent in

Tamil & English

(Hindi is an added advantage). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.). Good phone etiquette and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
