We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Telemarketing Executive
with at least
1 year of experience in software sales
. The role involves generating leads, promoting software solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective telecalling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote software products and services.
Identify business opportunities and qualify potential leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Schedule product demos or meetings for the field sales team.
Maintain and update customer details in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather feedback from customers and report market trends to management.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or inside sales (preferably in software).
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of software and IT products.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
