Job Description

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Ask questions to understand customer requirements and Answer questions about our products & services or the company details for closing the sales. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases Take and process orders in an accurate manner Analyze, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation and perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
