The Tele calling Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services through outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and following up with patients for appointments and health packages. The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to achieve call and conversion targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote hospital services and special health packages.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and appointments.
Maintain and update customer/patient databases.
Handle incoming calls and provide information on hospital facilities.
Coordinate with front office and marketing team for campaign follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Graduate (any discipline), with 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or healthcare marketing.
Good communication skills in
Tamil and English
(Hindi is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or hospital software).
Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and patient-friendly approach.
Work Timing:
Regular day shift (as per hospital schedule).
