A Female Tele Caller who can communicate with the customers over the phone to clarify their doubts regarding products and services, and to respond to general inquiries.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specification
Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
Following up with existing clients to collect their feedback and suggestions
PREREQUISITES:
Only Female Required.
Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
