Position: Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. Provide detailed information about our property projects and answer customer queries. Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule appointments and site visits for potential buyers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus). Good interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided). Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude. Team player with a customer-focused approach.
