We are seeking a dynamic and confident

Telemarketing Executive

with at least

1 year of experience

in customer communication and follow-ups. The candidate should have strong English and Tamil language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.

This role involves making outbound calls, following up with clients, and coordinating with the sales team for customer interactions in the

manufacturing industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers in the manufacturing sector. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders. Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and follow-up records. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order processing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication. Achieve daily and weekly call and follow-up targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in telemarketing or customer service.

Proficiency in English and Tamil is a must.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and email communication). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience dealing with B2B clients in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
