Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to customers to promote

internet services

for homes and offices. Follow up on customer leads and convert them into confirmed sales. Share innovative ideas to improve telesales performance and customer experience. Generate and convert

Broadband / Internet Leased Line

leads to meet sales targets. Perform

cold calling

to create new prospects and business opportunities. Track and update reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information.

Job Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 2 to 5 years in telemarketing or sales.

Knowledge:

Basic telecom knowledge is required.

Attitude:

Outspoken, self-motivated, and target-driven. Strong interest in earning

high incentives

apart from salary. Prior experience in

Broadband sales

will be an added advantage.
