We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. This role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and promoting our products and services. Freshers are welcome to apply - training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close opportunities.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and route them to the concerned department if required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages like Tamil/Hindi are an advantage).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate.
Experience:
No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
