Sales & Upselling:
Actively promote and sell company products or services, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Customer Service:
Answer questions, provide information about products and services, and handle initial complaints or issues, referring them to supervisors when necessary.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using telemarketing software or CRM systems.
Target Achievement:
Consistently work towards and meet or exceed set sales targets and quotas.
Relationship Building:
Develop and foster positive relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills are crucial for engaging with customers.
