Urgently Hiring for Tele marketing Executives

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list. Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase products or services. Answer incoming calls from interested customers and provide information. Handle customer objections and questions professionally. Record customer information and responses accurately in the system. Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered. Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Proficiency in using telemarketing software and CRM systems. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
