Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold databases.
Clearly explain the benefits of timeshare ownership and our vacation packages.
Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria (income, travel interest, availability).
Persuade customers to attend sales presentations (in-person or virtual).
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments
Follow up with interested clients and manage callbacks efficiently.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
Handle objections professionally and with persistence.
Stay updated with company offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts and strategies.
