Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.
Explain timeshare/vacation ownership products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Answer basic customer queries and address initial objections.
Schedule appointments
for the sales team with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments set.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and appointment conversions.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Confident, energetic, and persuasive on phone calls.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Prior experience in telemarketing, BPO, or call center (preferred
Timeshare industry
).
Must be target-oriented and result-driven.
