Outbound Calling:

Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.

Developing rapport with customers, handling objections, and building trust to encourage sales.

Closing Sales:

Converting leads into sales by negotiating terms and securing commitments.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales leads, and other relevant information.
