Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and goal-driven

Tele Sales Executive

to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele sales or CRM handling, and must be fluent in

Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and English

. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Clearly explain product/service features and benefits. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Follow up with leads and convert them into customers. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle queries and resolve objections professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in tele sales or customer support. Experience with CRM systems (preferred). Fluency in

Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and English

(mandatory). Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
