Identifying and networking with prospective customers, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increase sales growth with help of team. Make calls to prospects and existing customers using scripts and Introduce products/services, explain benefits, handle objections convert calls into sales. Assessing customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvement and proving feedback to the associate on improvements and achieving customer satisfaction matrices. Nurture leads and maintain client relationships

Desired Candidate Profile:

Good Communication Skills/ Interpersonal Skills. Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required.
