A Tele Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting products/services over the phone, generating leads, maintaining customer relations, and supporting the sales team to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain an updated database of customer information and call records in CRM or Excel.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and previous calls to convert leads into sales.
Handle customer questions, objections, and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Take feedback from customers and report market trends or competitor activities to management.
Maintain professionalism, politeness, and customer-oriented communication during every call.
Assist in tele-calling campaigns, promotional activities, and email/WhatsApp follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (as per company requirement).
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (or regional language as required).
Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email, CRM software).
Ability to work under targets and maintain a positive attitude.
Good listening skills and customer relationship management.
