Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update the database with relevant information.
Follow-up on leads and inquiries to generate sales or appointments.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
Strong verbal communication skills in
English (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
