Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective schools and giving them demo about the product
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information
Clearly explain benefits in Tamil and English
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email
Update lead status and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams for seamless onboarding
Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or academic counseling is an advantage
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools
