We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Telemarketing Executive

to join our team at Captab Biotech. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote our products. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers. Explain product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall sales growth. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to strategize campaigns.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Good understanding of pharmaceutical products is a plus. Target-driven, proactive, and confident on calls. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is mandatory. Basic computer skills
