Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our digital marketing services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services. Explain services clearly and answer any questions the client may have. Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telesales (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an added advantage. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven.
