Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a record of customer interactions, details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally.
Update CRM/Database with lead information and status.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
