We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Research and Development team. The role involves reaching out to PhD scholars, explaining our research assistance services, and guiding them through the process. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, with the ability to handle client queries professionally over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with PhD scholars regarding research and publication services. Explain project details, timelines, and support options. Maintain client records and update call status in Excel. Coordinate with the research team for client requirements.

Qualifications:

Any degree (freshers or experienced). Good English communication and basic computer knowledge (Excel & Word).
