We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Executive cum Counselor to join our team and elevate our online presence, engaging with prospective students and stakeholders effectively across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing Duties:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote AAC Eduvista's programs and services.
Provide accurate information about courses, partner universities, and the benefits of studying abroad.
Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain an updated database of contacts.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Counseling Duties:
Understand the educational aspirations and needs of prospective students to recommend suitable programs.
Guide students through the application process, including eligibility, documentation, and admissions timelines.
