Key Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present products/services and clearly communicate benefits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and company procedures.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Basic computer skills; ability to navigate CRM software (training provided).
Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but
not required
