Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify customer needs and qualify leads, Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team, Follow up on leads through callbacks or emails.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Handle objections or queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets, Maintain performance as per set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Data Entry & Reporting:
Record customer details, call outcomes, and lead status accurately in CRM or spreadsheets, Provide regular reports to team leaders or managers.
Campaign Support:
Support marketing campaigns by promoting offers or launching products over the phone, Participate in training sessions to stay updated on services and sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any field.
0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Good command of language (English, Hindi, Marathi ).
Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Ms office).
