Key Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed records of conversations and update CRM tools
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for field sales team if needed
Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the team leader
Handle basic customer queries and route complex issues to the appropriate departments
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking manner
Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
