Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services Handle incoming customer calls and respond promptly to queries, complaints, or requests Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues efficiently Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless customer experience Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Maintain professionalism and uphold company values in every interaction
