Title: Telemarketing Executive Company: MDS DIGITAL HUB PVT LTD Location: Chennai Bypass, Koranattu Karuppur, Kumbakonam : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team at MDS DIGITAL HUB PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating sales leads through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers. Present and explain digital marketing and technology services offered by the company. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments or demonstrations. Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions or escalate them when necessary. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the team leader or management. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any field. Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English knowledge is an added advantage). Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent. Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office or CRM tools.
