to handle customer communication, order confirmations, and service-related calls.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation, follow-ups, and support Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries Explain products, offers, delivery timelines, and policies clearly Maintain detailed call notes and customer records for internal follow-ups Coordinate with operations and support teams when required Meet daily and weekly calling and quality targets Build positive customer relationships and improve repeat purchase potential
Tele Caller Requirements

Minimum

High School / Bachelor's degree

Fluency in

Hindi, English, and Malayalam

(mandatory) 0-1 year experience in

telecalling, customer support, or e-commerce calling

preferred Basic computer knowledge (CRM, order panel, WhatsApp Web, Excel) Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Ability to handle objections and customer concerns calmly Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback
