We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain our courses/services, and convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
Receive and handle inbound enquiry calls
Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain call records
Convince and convert leads into admissions/sales
Coordinate with the academic/counselling team
Maintain professionalism and positive attitude on calls
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
