Position Overview



The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining customer relationships through outbound and inbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident telephone manner. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools. Time management and organizational skills. Resilience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Qualifications



Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
