The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining customer relationships through outbound and inbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
