Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments
Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and company processes
Collect customer feedback and market insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, or telecalling
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, Excel)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage (Freshers can apply)
Education & Experience
Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: 0-2 years in Tele Marketing / Sales / Customer Support
