Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote migration and visa services. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about immigration processes. Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Schedule appointments and consultations for interested clients with immigration experts. Maintain and update customer database with details of conversations and follow-up status. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and qualified appointments. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referrals. Follow organizational policies and ensure compliance in all communication.

Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in telemarketing / inside sales / customer support (preferred). Excellent communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Basic computer literacy
