We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Telemarketing Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, promote company products/services, generate leads, and assist in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Explain offerings clearly and professionally to prospects.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide feedback on customer needs, challenges, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good time management and organizational skills.
