Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote air conditioning products, spare parts, and maintenance services.
Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate product information.
Maintain and update customer databases with call details, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team and schedule appointments.
Follow up with clients on quotations, proposals, and service renewals.
Support marketing campaigns, offers, and new product launches through telemarketing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience
in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferably in HVAC or related industries).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
Good computer knowledge - MS Office, CRM software, or data entry tools.
Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
