Job Description

A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.

Roles & Responsibilities



Discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company's offerings and services. Engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company's services, which they subsequently relay to the rele vant divisions to improve the user experience. Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls Acquiring and retaining contact information databases Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer Ultimate aim is to convert enquiries into sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
