As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in converting student inquiries into admissions for our professional education programs. This position offers the flexibility of working from home and is ideal for those seeking a part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential students over the phone to provide information about our professional education programs. Build rapport with prospective students and address their queries and concerns in a professional manner. Guide interested candidates through the admission process, providing necessary assistance and support. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the database with relevant information. Meet monthly targets for student admissions and contribute to the overall success of the admissions team.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Females preferred for this role.
