Group Tour Sales

for both domestic and international destinations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, has a passion for travel, and is eager to grow in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from our provided call database. Present and explain group tour packages to interested travelers. Handle inquiries about destinations like Thailand, Vietnam, Andaman, Europe, etc. Share customized itineraries and promotional offers via WhatsApp and email. Follow up with interested leads and track conversations effectively. Update call status and lead responses daily. Work with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth conversion and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Freshers or up to 2 years experience in telecalling/sales/customer support. Strong communication skills in

Malayalam

(mandatory); basic

English

preferred. Friendly, confident, and target-oriented. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and smartphone tools. Passion for travel and people interaction is a big plus.
