Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers


Promote our financial services - loans, credit cards, insurance


Coordinate for document collection and eligibility checking


Schedule follow-ups and assist in deal closures


Maintain CRM records and meet performance targets

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree holders preferred


Knowledge of

financial products

(loans, insurance, credit) is a must

Experience

in Tele calling/ sales/ financial sector is

highly preferred

Good communication in Malayalam & English


Confidence, clarity in speech, and a customer-focused approach
