We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive individual to join our team as a Telecaller / Marketer plus Office Executive. The primary responsibility is to call and onboard new insurance advisors, support marketing activities, and assist with office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain the benefits of joining as an insurance advisor.
Generate and follow up on leads from various sources (social media, referrals, databases).
Clearly communicate insurance products, advisor benefits, and compensation plans.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and recruitment status using CRM or Excel.
Assist with daily office tasks, documentation, and coordination with the recruitment team.
Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to attract new advisors.
Meet or exceed recruitment and performance targets set by the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or insurance recruitment is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Requirements
Graduate.
1+ years in telecalling/marketing/sales (insurance preferred).
Comfortable with office-based or remote work (as per company policy).
