Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products/services clearly.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into qualified prospects.
Understand customer requirements and position solutions accordingly.
Follow structured
sales methodologies
to pitch, negotiate, and close leads.
Own the
end-to-end sales process
from first contact to closure or handover.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-up status.
Handle objections confidently and close conversations professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and customer onboarding.
