Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller - Sales & Marketing Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain products or services, and convert enquiries into sales. The role requires good communication skills, follow-ups, and a basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads Handle inbound enquiries via calls and WhatsApp Explain products/services, pricing, and offers clearly to customers Convert enquiries into confirmed sales or bookings
Marketing & Lead Generation

Generate leads through calling, referrals, and database follow-ups Support digital and offline marketing campaigns by calling interested prospects Collect customer feedback and market insights
Customer Relationship Management

Maintain proper call records, lead details, and follow-up status Build and maintain good relationships with customers Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally
Reporting & Coordination

Update daily call reports and sales status Coordinate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in English and local language Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer handling Ability to convince and close deals Comfortable with phone calls and WhatsApp communication Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile

Female / Male candidates (as per requirement) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Target-driven mindset Experience in telecalling, sales, hospitality, real estate, or services is a plus
